I am a creative professional with a diverse portfolio as an actor, writer, director, music producer, and trademark paralegal. My journey into the performing arts began at the Nor’West Community Centre on Alexander, a United Way-funded agency, where my early experiences laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for storytelling and artistic expression.

My acting debut was in the short film Into the Woods, followed by appearances as a silent-on-camera actor in series such as Heartland Homicide, Sunshine Slayings, and the documentary Satanic Panic, which explored the craze surrounding Dungeons & Dragons. These early roles diversified my acting skills and established my on-screen presence.

I’ve been featured in award-winning short films such as Don’t Look @ Me (Sean Kinsella) and Unless You Have Been There (Farrah Murdock), as well as the feature film Aberdeen (Ryan Cooper & Eva Thomas), and the television show Acting Good (Eva Thomas, APTN/CTV Comedy). During my high school years, I also performed in the play Don’t Forget About Us at the Tom Hendry Warehouse Theatre, further deepening my connection to the performing arts.

My creative journey extended into the technical side of filmmaking when I worked at SilverCity Polo Park and Cinema City Northgate, threading film projectors and connecting with the technical craft of cinema. This experience fostered a deeper appreciation for the medium, which continues to influence my work today.

In 2016, I expanded my skill set by pursuing a career as a legal assistant, which led to roles in Litigation, Labour & Employment Law, and eventually Trademarks Law as a Trademark Paralegal. This unique combination of creative and analytical pursuits has shaped a career that balances precision with artistic innovation.

As the Program Manager for the Winnipeg Indigenous Filmmakers Collective (WIFC), I am dedicated to advancing Indigenous cinema and supporting emerging filmmakers. Through initiatives like the Skodoodisden Project, I blend my project management expertise with my passion for storytelling. My directorial debut, Stay Awhile, was created as part of the Skodoodisden Program and has screened at prestigious Indigenous-focused festivals, including the 29th Annual Red Nation International Film Festival in Los Angeles, CA, and the Pocahontas Reframed Film Festival in Richmond, VA. Stay Awhile has also been showcased in Wyoming, Indiana, Winnipeg, and Gimli.
